The surgery reviews blood test and other investigation results promptly and the surgery will arrange a follow-up appointment if the results are abnormal.

In cases where the results are normal, the patient might either receive an automated text stating the results are normal or might not receive any contact.

If a patient still has persistent symptoms, they are to contact the surgery if they have not had any contact from 1 week after undergoing tests requested.
